• Free A/S: Limited to manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receipt.
• Paid A/S: Available for products within 3 months from the order date.
• To request A/S, please contact the Nupip Customer Center with your order number and product photos.
• Products sent without prior registration cannot be serviced and will be returned.
